All classes are on schedule. There will be no substitutions or cancellations for today.
Just getting started out exercising? Start slow! Setting smaller, more realistic goals will give you a sense of accomplishments. For example: Instead of racing up five or six flights of stairs right off the bat, climb just one flight, then gradually increase the number every day or so.
Just a reminder there will be NO CLASSES on Monday, February 17, 2014 in lieu of
Classes will resume on Tuesday, February, 18, 2014 .
